6984 - World Vision Lebanon I Call for Tender I Consultancy for the Equipping of a Well and Pumping Station in Baaloul

World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon.

World Vision is seeking the services of a professional design / supervision consultant with substantial experience in design, tendering and supervision of civil and electromechanical engineering projects.
The purpose of this contract is to hire a consultant to support World Vision in the design and supervision of equipping a well in Baaloul. The consultant shall provide engineering services as detailed in the below purpose:
1.    Assess the current situation of the newly drilled well in Baaloul (See location of the well in Annex A)
2.    Design the project including detailed electro-mechanical study, design drawings (civil and electro-mechanical), technical specifications, BOQ, and detailed cost estimate
3.    Supervise the construction work.

Interested Consultants are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Friday 19th of October 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted by email to address: [email protected]  AND  in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh.

A site visit will be held on Wednesday 10th of October 2018 in the presence of World Vision WASH Engineer. Interested candidates are to liaise with World Vision Procurement Department for site visit: 04-401 980 Ext 1081 by sending an email [email protected] BEFORE the date of the site visit BY Friday 5th OF October AT 2:00 PM.
Any requests for site visit after FRIDAY 5th OF OCTOBER AT 2:00 PM will be rejected.

Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to [email protected]  (divided into 3 separate files)

-    1 (one) sealed envelope containing Administrative part of the offer
-    1 (one) sealed envelope containing Technical part of the offer
-    1 (one) sealed envelope containing Financial part of the offer
