Dear Valued Supplier,

World Vision Lebanon is looking for a contractor to begin the rehabilitation works for damaged houses in affected areas of the Beirut blast in collaboration with WVL field staff.

All National companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address [email protected], to receive the Tender Documentation.

Letter of Interest should include following information:

Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is September 30, 2020 at 12:00 PM Lebanon Time.

Deadline for offer submission is October 5, 2020 at 8:00 PM Lebanon Time.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.
• Any missing mandatory documents mentioned in the administrative and technical part that are not submitted within tender deadline will automatically lead to the disqualification of the Contractor’s offer.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies. Tender documents will include detailed BOQ and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system, no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payment to the supplier will be made upon completion of the tasks and submission of the invoice within 30 days after submitting the invoice.
