We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this tender in writing on the following email address: [email protected]
Upon receiving the email from interested contractors on the procurement email, NCA will send by email the Code of Conduct for Contracts, Vendor Bank Verification, the General Terms and Conditions for Work Contracts and DRWs. Interested Bidders can also request the financial offer template in excel by email.
How to apply
The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:
Annex 1: Technical Specifications and Requirements
Annex 2: Financial Proposal Submission Form (to be completed by the Candidate)
Annex 3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts
Annex 4: Code of Conduct for Contractors
Annex 5: Bank Verification Form
The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the tender:
- Valid business registration specialized in Engineering or Construction/Contracting
- Contractor Certificate grade A/1
- Copy of the owner’s ID / Passport
- Letter from the bank including the bidder’s bank account information
- Signed and stamped site visit from contractor and NCA representative
- Letter of confirmation to submit the work within 60 calendar days.
Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.
The site visit will be on Monday 19 August 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
The Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority will be on Wednesday 21 August 2024 at 15:00hrs.
The last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority will be on Thursday 22 August 2024 at 15:00hrs.
