Trafficking in Person in Lebanon -Contextual Analysis
The Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) Lebanon Country Office is looking for a consultant to conduct a contextual analysis of Trafficking in Persons in Lebanon (TIP), at the national level (with a specific focus on Beirut/Mount Lebanon, North and Bekaa).
Overall objective:
The overall objective is to conduct a contextual analysis of Trafficking in Persons in Lebanon (TIP), at the national level (with a specific focus on Beirut/Mount Lebanon, North and Bekaa). The analysis is expected to assess and provide in depth findings on the legal framework, institutional context and capacity (both governmental and non-governmental), trafficking trends, magnitude and contributing risk factors. The consultant will conduct a service mapping, propose possible activities on how TIP is effectively addressed in the intervention area. The analysis is expected to provide input to integrate counter-trafficking into existing Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH), and Gender Based Violence (GBV) projects implemented by NCA and partners with a specific focus on Beirut/Mount Lebanon and the North.
How to apply
The Candidate shall complete and submit the following documents with the proposal:

- Annex 4: Code of Conduct for Contractors signed and stamped by the Candidate (mandatory)
- Bank letter from the bank, confirming the bank account & bank holder details (mandatory)
- A copy of the owner passport/ID and of the lead consultant passport/ID- (mandatory)
- CV. highlighting the Candidate’s experience in the specific field of the Services and his/her specific experience in the country/governorates where the Services are to be performed. This requires the CV of the key experts, and the CV of the Consultancy Company indicating previous projects- (mandatory)
- Detailed implementation plan (Max 30 calendar days)- (mandatory)
- Provided Three samples of relevant needs assessment reports of previous assignments- (mandatory)
- Providing 3 references- (mandatory)
