Rehabilitation of WASH Facilities in Institutions

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is launching a local open tender and invites interested suppliers/contractors to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s): Rehabilitation of WASH Facilities in Institutions

The planned timeframe is summarized below:

• Mandatory sight visit: 

For Lot 2: the site visit will be on Tuesday 23.01.2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Paul Health Care Center/Sheikh Taba and then proceed with the engineer to the rest of the sites.

For Lot 1: the site visit will be on Wednesday 24.01.2024 at 10:00 A.M. at CAHL - Armenian Elderly Home/ Burj Hammoud and then proceed with the engineer to the rest of the sites

• Deadline for request for any clarification from the contracting authority: 25 January 2024, before 4:00 p.m.
• Last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority: 28 January 2024-by 4:00 p.m.
• Deadline for submission of tenders (closing date): 31 January 2024-before 4:00 p.m.
• Tender Opening: 1 February 2024, 11:00 a.m.
• Implementation timeframe: The implementation duration should not exceed 60 calendar days for all works upon sign the contract.
• Note: Interested Contractors can request Annex 2 in excel sending an email to the procurement.
