The legal researcher who we would like to contract will be responsible of preparing a study related to labor law within the activities of the Right to Work Project .
The focus should be on the issues of arbitrary dismissal, temporary suspension from work, the rights of day-laborers, and the amendments that must be made to guarantee the employees right.
