Request For Quotation (RFQ) Food Parcel

URDA is requesting a price offer for 60,000 to 80,000/year Food parcels Information regarding the Bid is mentioned in the attached RFQ. Suppliers interested in applying should submit the required documents. The chosen supplier will work with us for the whole of 2024.

Union of Relief and Development Associations (URDA) requests your price quotation for the supply of food parcels specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

1. RFQ completed and stamped (attached)
2. Sample kit with the requested goods. (The sample will be returned if the bidder was not selected)
3. Previous Experience
4. Capacity and Resources
5. Commercial Register Certificate
6. Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance
7. Not subject to legal proceedings from the court (Clean Judicial Record)
8. Copy of the ID of the representative/owner of the company

• Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.

Knowing that the price should cover the delivery fees to our warehouses (Beqaa, Arsal, Tripoli, Saida, Akkar, Khaldeh).
