 Traditions & people in partnership with UNICEF is rehabilitating 10 community-based projects across Lebanon. The project objective is to employ youth and women from most vulnerable areas

Traditions & People is releasing a call for interest in for Capacity Building in Hospitality, from November 7, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023 in Lebanon at different locations: South, North, Beqaa, and Mount Lebanon…

The bidder should be a specialized company in Lebanon having the capacity to deliver the below listed services, in a timely manner, in the different above-mentioned regions:

1. Develop training material

• Restaurant operations
• Back of the house
• Front of the house
• Kitchen and service operating procedures
• Selling skills
• Reservations
• Customer relationship management
• Administration
• Accounting & basic finance (including running a small business, P&L, cost control…)

1. Conduct training for entity owners and vulnerable youth (18-24)
