Invitation to Bid : Seeking a professional photographer/videographer for the launch of Hospitality projects under AHLAN – Traditions & People covering 13 locations in Lebanon.

AHLAN” is a new approach to local tourism and productive economies through a network of Matbakh (home restaurants), Beit (guest homes) and Deken (farm shops) – owned by small-scale farmers and producers, across Lebanon. All projects are community-based social enterprises that aim at creating sustainable and local businesses, and providing opportunities for vulnerable youth, females and families within their communities to meet the increasing demand in the agro-tourism sector. 

Ahlan is a new approach to create job opportunities for youth and women in Lebanon while promoting sustainable local businesses supported by UNICEF Lebanon and implemented by Traditions & People/Souk el Tayeb.

We are seeking a professional photographer/videographer for projects in collaboration with Ahlan. Covering 13 locations, with an estimated 2 to 3 hours per location. The selected candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos as per the detailed scope below.

A-Scope of Work:

For each of the 13 locations, the deliverables will include:

• Generic Shots & Videos – Capturing the overall environment and context of each project.
• Close-ups on Activities – Highlighting hands-on work, interactions, and engagement.
• Portraits of Project Owners – High-quality headshots and environmental portraits.
• Shots of Youth in Action – Showcasing the involvement and energy of young participants.
• Testimonial Videos of Project Owners – Short, well-lit interviews expressing their experiences.
• Testimonial Videos of Youth – Featuring young participants sharing their perspectives.
• Technical & Delivery Requirements:
• Photography: High-resolution images, edited and optimized for both digital and print use.
• Videography: High-definition videos (1080p or 4K), with clean audio capture for testimonials.

B- Editing: Basic color correction, cropping, and sound optimization for all deliverables.

C-File Delivery: Secure online transfer (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or equivalent) within 6 days of each shoot.

D-Quotation Requirements:

Kindly provide your quotation with the following details:

• Total Cost – Breakdown per location or as a package deal.
• Equipment & Team – Specify camera gear, lighting, and any additional crew if applicable.
• Editing & Post-Production – Indicate whether basic or full editing is included.
• Turnaround Time – Expected delivery schedule for images and videos.
