House of Peace (HOPe), officially registered as Threads of Peace in 2019, is a non-governmental social peacebuilding organisation based in Lebanon. HOPe aims through different activities to enhance social peace within local communities by shifting perceptions; supporting and connecting community-based initiatives and dialogue spaces; advancing the principles of conflict sensitivity; and voicing grassroots perspectives, stories and aspirations. Moreover, HOPe provides humanitarian workers and volunteers from different NGOs with self-care activities that allow them to deal with the burdens and traumas they face in the field.

The Project Coordinator is part of the Social Peace Unit that is entrusted with supporting the development of community-based initiatives.
S/He will Lead the development of community-based initiatives in alignment with the framework established by FSGT in Palestine.

Conflict Sensitivity Co-Trainer

Job

The conflict sensitivity Co-Trainer is part of the program team and the CS Unit that is entrusted with advancing the principles of conflict sensitivity and mainstreaming it within HOPe and with HOPe’s partners.
