Under the supervision of the SWSL president and the Project Coordinators, the following are the specific responsibilities:

S/he will:

  • Plan, organize and deliver training groups in collaboration with the involved team, for professional frontliners and build their capacity on Psychosocial Support for individuals affected by COVID 19.
  • Plan, execute, and report for open days’ awareness activities for caregivers and children.
  • Collaborate with the team and train them on the best practices to be implemented while delivering the training activities and interacting with caregivers and children.
  • Prepare monthly detailed reports including the project’s activities to be presented to the project coordinators.
  • Participate in the implementation of field surveys, attendance and evaluation sheets.
  • Assist in the collection of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Monitor the daily faced challenges and come up with the best solutions.
  • Develop an action plan that is aligned with the project’s needs.

 

 

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor or degree in Social Work / Medical Social Work.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in a non-profit or international field, with social, child protection, and mental health-related issues.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Committed to the aims, values, and project’s principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have professional teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.

  • Focal point experience.
  • Ability to analyze and suggest improvements to the activities.
