Meals Packaging
shareQ's project focuses on providing vacuum meals to households of PWDs and households facing acute financial challenges. shareQ is looking to collaborate with suppliers who provide us with meal packaging related to meal production. Interested suppliers are required to provide their best price quotations for each meal packaging listed in the following financial offer. The pricing should be competitive and inclusive including the taxes.
All quotations for the project must be submitted using the financial offer attached and it is important to ensure that the required details are accurately filled. Furthermore, more than one supplier is welcome to submit their respective quotations, and each submission will be thoroughly evaluated based on the specified criteria.
Suppliers are required to provide two separate bags, one designated for the main food and the other for the sauce. The food packaging should be designed with 6 colors for a total up to 168,000 meals with additional bags for sauce. These meal packages should meet the following requirements:
- Food Grade
- High-quality Materials
- Compatible with all brands of vacuum packing Machines
- Suitable for sealing liquids.
- Samples are required and should be sent to Antoura, shareQ Office.

How to apply
Interested suppliers are requested to submit their proposals by email with title "Meals Packaging Proposal" to the electronic address mentioned below. The proposals should include the following:
- Company profile and contact information.
- Prices in USD
- Certificate of registration in the Ministry of Finance (الشهادة المالية + اذاعة تجارية).
- The financial offer should be signed and stamped

We will send an award letter to the applicant selected for the selected supplier, while also sending reject letters to those who were not selected.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any proposal without providing any reason thereof. The decision taken by our NGO’s management will be final.
