shareQ's project focuses on providing vacuum meals to households of PWDs and households facing acute financial challenges. We are seeking proposals from qualified vehicle owners for the transportation of meals to families in need within the designated regions. Interested suppliers are required to provide their best price quotations for each item listed in the following financial offer. The pricing should be competitive and inclusive including the taxes.

Selected suppliers will be responsible for delivering meals to vulnerable families in Mount Lebanon region over a period of up to 200 Days until the end of August 2024. The supplier will distribute the meals for each family and ask the family to sign a delivery note.
 

 

The preferred vehicles should be spacious enough to accommodate up to 5 boxes with a dimension 63 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their proposals by email with title "Meals Transportation Proposal" to the electronic address mentioned below. The proposals should include the following:

  • Company profile and contact information.
  • Prices in USD
  • Certificate of registration in the Ministry of Finance (الشهادة المالية أو اذاعة تجارية).
  • The financial offer should be signed and stamped.
