Availability: AM Shift: from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or PM Shift: from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

IECD (Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement) is an international solidarity non-governmental organization founded in 1988, operating in the field of social and economic development in partnership with local institutions. IECD’s main sectors of action are vocational training and professional integration, assistance to micro and small enterprises and access to education and health for the most vulnerable. In Lebanon, IECD has been operating since 1989, and has been leading projects throughout the whole country.

Semeurs d’Avenir (SDA) is a Lebanese association, created in 2010, registered under the number 1905. It is the operational partner of IECD in Lebanon.

IECD and Semeurs d’avenir are recruiting trainers for Janah project.

Janah project provides high-quality skill development to young beneficiaries aged between 12 and 18. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate trainers to join our team and deliver competency-based sessions in various modules.

Modules:

• Basic English (for non-English speakers)
• Communication Skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
• Basic Computer Skills (hardware, windows, etc…)
• Basic Microsoft Word Skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
• Life Skills (Self-awareness and daily management, and Citizenship, rights, and duties)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competency-based training sessions in the specified modules.
• Prepare and deliver engaging session plans with diverse activities.
• Work under the supervision of the Education Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Report progress and challenges to the Education Coordinator and Project Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant degree in the subject area.
• Proven experience in teaching or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• Proficiency in the relevant software and tools (for computer-related modules).

Salary: $15 per hour (all inclusive)
