Project General Objective:
Contribute to the empowerment of young women through informed decision-making, better employability, and linkages with the private sector in Lebanon.
Title of Assignment:
Mid-term evaluation for “My Career, My Choice: Promoting Women's Empowerment through Employability in Lebanon”
Start date: 1st week of March 2024
End date: 1st week of April 2024
Assignment Duration: 2 to 3 weeks (depending on offers)
Assignment Location: Beirut/Mount Lebanon and North Governorate, Lebanon
General Objective of Assignment: Assess the results of the project and the impact of the actions carried out mid-term about the objectives targeted in the intervention areas, draw the main lessons from the intervention, and formulate practical recommendations concerning the second phase of the project

How to apply
Interested candidates and/or firms should submit:
- A technical proposal with:
- The consultant’s understanding of the consultation
- Detailed description of the methodology to be implemented
- List of proposed activities considered necessary to achieve the objectives of the consultation
- The timetable showing the details for the completion of each phase
- The proposed schedule should include time for briefing and debriefing on the mission and as much as possible.
- A financial offer including a budget with detailed sections of all expenses (fees, transportation, administrative, other costs)
- An updated CV of the applicant coupled with the CVs of the other team members. Firms are expected to send their profiles with the CVs of the team members
- 3 most recent professional references close to the current consultancy
- A document presenting the legality of the consultant status
- An example of similar studies conducted in the past for other I/NGOs in a similar context
- References and the completion letters from the other organizations
Secours Islamique France (SIF) will consider both individual and team/Firm applications. The evaluator(s) will be selected based on their relevant experience and expertise, rigor of their design, availability, and value for money
