The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following key tasks among others:

  1. Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the Bridge-The-Gap Project.
  2. Coordinating communication among tutors, the academic consultant, and the Musharek team.
  3. Creating templates for participant preselection and selection processes.
  4. Managing all administrative forms and daily reports related to the project.
  5. Generating QR codes for participant questions and feedback.
  6. Organizing and archiving course materials, ensuring easy accessibility for the team and participants.
  7. Coordinating with video crew and editors for course-related filming and content production.
  8. Collecting and organizing information for knowledge management and project documentation.
  9. Handling scheduling and simple bookkeeping duties to ensure smooth project logistics
