I. INTRODUCTION
Project Background Information
The Lebanon Reforestation Initiative (LRI) is a Lebanese NGO registered at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities under no. 1186 on 18 June 2014 and had started as a project launched in 2010 by the United States Forest Service (USFS) Office of International Programs (IP) through the support and funding of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
II. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
In preparation for the ILO EIIP GP Phase 5 project, our team is in the phase of collecting farmers’ applications through all 8 GP regional offices.
The intern is expected to:
- Support in collecting socio-eco personal data through phone calls to all applicants
- Support in the socio-eco data entry into the ranking system
III. REQUIREMENTS
The intern should possess the following competencies, skills, and experience:
- Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good positive attitude;
- Basic language knowledge
- Familiar with data and systems
