Request For Quotation - Car Rental
The Lebanese Council to Resist Violence Against Woman (LECORVAW), is local NGO at Tripoli, looks towards a society free of all forms of violence governed by democratic relations between the family members and within the society as a whole, a society that ensures equality, justice and dignity to all its citizens where all members of this society can live equally in a democratic environment free of all forms of violence and discrimination.
LECORVAW invites qualified companies to submit a quotation for providing "Vehicles Rental Services". The Request for quotation (RFQ) containing invitation to tender. Only bidders will be accepted in this bid who will submit the legal paper:
- Legal Status including Bidder Registration in Country, Certificate of registration/incorporation, Tax and VAT Compliance.
- Financial Standing with ability to perform the commitments in the contract.
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in the provision of Car Rental Services
- Insurance documents
- Bid Validity period. Additional experience with NGOs is a bonus.
- Maintenance agreement and policy
How to apply
LECORVAW invites the companies of vehicles rental to submit two (2) files by email with subject entitled : “LECORVAW-Vehicles Rental Services” to:
Samira Al Ech (Procurement Officer)
Ziad Kaddour (Senior Finance Officer)
or at our Center, one for the legal paper and one for the RFQ.
Note that we need 3 cars with type of : Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, Nissan X-trail, Mitsubishi ASX or smilar

The quotation must be submitted in the format of two (2) sealed envelopes marked “LECORVAW - Vehicles Rental Services – Technical quotation and Vehicles Rental Services – Financial Quotation” and hand delivered to our address or by email before the deadline on 27 January 2023 at 4:00 pm.
No quotation will be accepted after this time.
The LECORVAW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers according to the bid evaluation and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
