Request For Quotations - Videography & photography RFQ-IdeaLab-Videography

We are calling to receive quotations for filming and photography services for Idea Lab, a pre-accelerator entrepreneurship program to help youth turn their ideas and prototypes in the fields of Cleantech and AgriFoodTech into viable businesses.

Idea Lab program is run in the North area by INJAZ Lebanon, in partnership with Berytech and co-funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands under the ACT Smart Innovation Hub, a comprehensive initiative launched by Berytech to enable the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem and stimulate innovation and startup creation in the agriculture, food, and clean technology sectors.

Timeline of the project: The program still has 4 remaining cycles spanning from January 2024 to October 2025 (Cycle 1 is already completed).

• Cycle 2: September 2023 to January 2024
• Cycle 3: April 2024 to July 2024
• Cycle 4: November 2024 to February 2025
• Cycle 5: July 2025 to October 2025

The filming deliverables requested in the section below will be repeated every cycle (4 times).

Filming locations: Mainly in the North Governorate (Tripoli, Akkar, etc.)

1. DELIVERABLES

Demo Day Event (Photos + Filming + Editing) each cycle:

Total of 4 Demo Days / 12 videos (1 demo day x 4cycles x 3 videos per event)

• It’s a one-day event related to entrepreneurship happening in Tripoli. We will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running interviews with the participants (around 5-6)
• Editing 3 videos around 1min/1.5min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

Success stories (Filming + Editing) each cycle
Total of 8 Success Stories videos (2 videos x 4cycles)

• We want to film 2 success stories to be identified among the participating teams at their location of work to get some shots of their products and work while running an interview with them to produce one video for each team. The edited videos should be around 1min/1.5min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).
• In addition to get around 3-5 portrait photos for each.
• You will be provided with the beneficiaries contact details to communicate with them, schedule, and organize the filming trip.
• All the teams are located in the North and/or Akkar. We will organize it in a way to film the 2 selected teams in one day.
• Include translation for all the videos to be added as subtitles (English/Arabic)

1. PROPOSAL & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• You need to be registered and have an MOF number.
• Your quotation should be addressed to INJAZ Lebanon.

• The payment will be in fresh USD dollars after each cycle (4 Cycles) and the VAT will be paid in LBP based on the Sayrafa rate.
• You will need a fresh USD bank account (for the main payment) and a fresh LBP fresh account (for the taxes).
• If your bank account is not within Bank Audi for both USD and LBP payments, please be aware that transfer charges will apply, and INJAZ Lebanon cannot assume responsibility for these fees (they will be deducted from the total).
• We can pay through wire transfer or  P.O. (which you can withdraw in cash over the counter at any Bank Audi branch). No cash or cheque payments can be executed.
