  • Work closely with the HOP to ensure day to day activities of different programs.
  • Provide administrative support and logistics to all programs.
  • Review monthly and quarterly reports before sharing those with HOP.
  • Ensure quality data is maintained by ensuring proper reporting, documentation and filing system are in place.
  • Attend programs-related conferences, meetings, and alike events and report to HOP accordingly.
  • Track programs’ procurement orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in tracking and proposal writing
  • Support project logistics, including organizing meetings and events.
  • Support any planned project distributions and field visits.
  • File all relevant project documents in line with GNFF’s requirements for project auditing.
  • Track task progress in line with the established tracking system.
  • Actively participate in lessons learned session for the projects.
  • Update project presentation at least twice a year
  • Assist the HOP with other duties as required.
