Disability Inclusion in the Workplace – Process Developer

Arcenciel, specifically the employment program, is seeking to contract a disability consultant to develop a process of disability inclusion in the workplace, based on a preliminary pre-assessment. The main responsibilities revolve around:

  • Reviewing pre-established assessment tools
  • Developing a process of improvement reaching the desired inclusivity level
  • Creation of clear procedure and tools
  • Identifying possible training and coaching needs
  • Training arcenciel’s employment office staff on the developed process

Throughout the period of the consultancy, the consultant will collaborate with the employment office and the employment program at arcenciel on each task.

How to apply

Submission of Tender Dossier:

The Contracting Authority must receive the tenders before the deadline specified in the letter of invitation to tender. They must include all the documents specified in point 7 of these Instructions and be handdelivered to the following address: arcenciel, Jisr El Bacha, John Kennedy Street, 1st floor, or sent electronically to [email protected]

Hand-delivered Tender Dossier

Tenders must comply with the following conditions:

  1. All tenders must be submitted in one envelope, marked ‘original’
  2. All tenders must be received at arcenciel, Jisr El Bacha, John Kennedy Street before the deadline: 07/07/2022 at 15:00, by registered letter with acknowledgment of hand-delivered against receipt signed by procurement officer or its representative.
  3. All tenders, including annexes and all supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing only: the above address, the reference code of this tender procedure (TND-LOG-2022-1781-LY-S), the words ‘Not to be opened before the tender opening session’ in the language of the tender dossier, the name of the tenderer.

  • Each required document indicated in section 7 should be electronically signed and attached to the email or mention in the email body your approval on each Annex

  9. The personal identity of the consultant.
  10. 10. Company’ official registration certificate obtained from the relevant national government authority or from the local or international Chamber of Commerce and/or Chamber of Industry.
  11.  Tax certificate (stating that company is officially registered with the relevant taxation authorities).
  12. Duly authorized signature: an official document (statutes, power of attorney, notary statement, etc.) proving that the person who signs on behalf of the company, joint venture or consortium is duly authorized to do so.
  13. Company’s Portfolio with a narrative describing company’s history and profile including company overall experience and relevant experience in the given sector company portfolio and prominent clients.
  14. Professional portfolio of staff including their CVs and experiences.
  15. Proposal & Financial offer according to the TOR If the Tenderer is an individual and not a company then, items 10/11/12 are not required, instead a personal registration at the ministry of finance is required. Item 13 is substituted with a list of personal experiences in the same field.
