Request for Proposal (RFP): Solar System for Sed El Baouchrieh Civil Defense Center ref no. 7/PA/D/2024

The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the funding from the Polish Aid under project DWR/PP 2024/067/3 is in the process of implementing a development project in Lebanon.

The aim of the project is to strengthen local communities exposed to the effects of the economic crisis in Lebanon by supporting local governments and other local institutions in providing sustainable public services. The activities are implemented in cooperation with municipalities and the Lebanese civil defense.

How to apply

The following Proposal would like to evaluate the cost estimation of purchase and installations of the proposed solar systems in accordance with the BOQ. 

 

PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

 

This RFP includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Interested candidates are requested to prepare the proposal in accordance to the requirements and procedures set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of proposals set out in Bid Data Sheet.

A mandatory site visit shall take place on the 21st of August 2024. Interested bidders are requested to confirm their attendance by email to [email protected] to receive further information regarding the site visit.
