Deadline for submission: June 21st.
The consultancy assignment is meant to commence on the 1st of July 2021.
The Mapping of services pillar was initially implemented in 2018 with the support of public health expert through designing a questionnaire and creating a scoring system that would assess the quality of services in 6 countries in MENA. From this concept, M-Coalition has been working on redefining and improving the questionnaire to update the mapping of health services in different countries in MENA. The results of the mapping will be displayed on sanadi website by summarizing and measuring them based on different indicators that will evaluate the services of the mapped centers. The Mapping will allow organizations to assess, monitor, evaluate and improve their services and it will provide individuals with the needed information to choose and reach the service they need.
Job Description
A consultant will be hired for a period of 6 months to support the M-coalition team in the data collection and analysis of health services in a number of countries in the MENA region. The consultant will be required to review and update the questionnaire, assess the mapped centers based on the updated indicators in the survey, as well as collect and analyse the data. This data collection will focus on mapping centers/organizations that provide health services through understanding the type and quality of services they provide, friendliness and attitude towards key populations to score them based on different indicators. The consultant will be supported by an M-Coalition staff member to support geolocation mapping.
