The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA), is a local non-governmental organization (NGO) located in Lebanon, registered under the decree No. 4500/1950, was founded year 1950 in order to claim the rights of communities through development and social projects as well as health care and medical services.

Its projects and activities aim to mitigate all forms of discrimination towards civil rights access (medical, health, education, work opportunities, or any other additional required support), raise individual and collective awareness, mainstream protection and disseminate risks prevention

How to apply

Interested registered companies (ONLY) should follow the rules detailed in the attached ITB form, and submit offers (All Documents should be printed, singed and stamped) in one big sealed envelop containing both Technical  and Financial Offers in seperate envalops as inquired in the ITB Form to the procurement office at the address of the orginization (Eid Center, Alshamal Street, Jabal Mohsen, Tripoli, Lebanon), before 15 January 2024 at 12:00 pm with the Subject written of the main envelope "Refreshment Tender ITB/20241001/AICARFQ00700".

Any envelopes unsealed received after 12:00 pm or with a different subject will be autmatically rejected

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) will deduct 2.5% of the total invoice for any entity that is not registered with the Ministry of Finance and doesn't provide a financial number.

Suppliers should be noting that the banks payments commissions will be charged on their behalf and the Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) will not be reponsible of any charges

The scoring process consists of 40% for the technical proposal, 40% for the financial proposal, local suppliers from Jabal Mohsen, are favored with a 20% score to support community actors based on the FCPA in Lebanon Project preference.

Suppliers who will score 80% and above will be shortlisted

Suppliers must be informed that the Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) will reimburse payments through a duration up to 45 working days after the delivery of the invoice through bank transfers, or bank letters.

The suppliers is expected to sign a Goods Received Note (GRN) upon completion of the process.

In case of any missing documents and non-compliance with the application rules of the ITB, the application will directly be considered excluded.
