Tender: Bus Rental & Driver

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA), is a faith-based organization (FBO) located in Lebanon, registered under decree No. 4500/1950, was founded in the year 1950 in order to claim the rights of communities through the development and social projects as well as health care and medical service.

Its projects and activities aim to mitigate all forms of discrimination towards civil rights access (medical, health, education, work opportunities), raise individual and collective awareness, mainstream protection, and disseminate risk prevention.

AICA Lebanon has received a grant from Catholic Relief Services (CRS) for the implementation of the humanitarian project named “Covid 19 Response 2 “. Therefore, it is the intension of AICA to do a framework agreement for the procurement of Bus rental and driver for the transportation of beneficiaries to vaccination centers.

Requirements:

• Transportation of beneficiaries to and from the vaccination centers in north Lebanon areas (beneficiaries from fnaydek, Hissa, Zgharta, Dhour El Hawa, Jabal Mohsen, Tebbeneh, Qobbeh, badawi camp)
• Working days: 100 days within 6 months (from July till December 2022)
• Working time: depending on the vaccination schedule
• Bus Size: 11 chairs
• Pricing should be in USD
