ABAAD seeks to promote women’s equality and participation through policy development, legal reform, gender mainstreaming, engaging men, eliminating discrimination, and advancing and empowering women to participate effectively and fully in their communities.

 

About the project

 

This project aim at promoting active and inclusive citizenship particularly amongst the country’s civil society and future change-makers: youth. This will contribute to advancing gender equality and will be achieved by engaging and capacitating youth and CSOs to take part in reformative grassroots-level movements. By fostering and consolidating essential allyships within local communities, a multi-stakeholder’s approach is cultivated with the goal of advocating for essential reform, combatting GBV, and forging violence-free societies.

Overall goal of this assignment

The overall goal of this assignment is to design the Gender Inclusive Citizenship training curriculum with its annexes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide the organization with a mood board for approval
  • Provide first draft of the design and amend accordingly
  • Finalize the design the training curriculum and its annexes in Arabic

 

Skills required

 

  • BA in Graphic design or any related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in designing books and toolkits
  • Experience in the humanitarian field is a plus
  • Required Portfolio of work
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to be creative and take initiative
  • Proven ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Organized in archiving and able to set a work schedule
