MCC 2024001 INVITATION TO BID: FOR THE ESTABLISHEMNT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR CASH BASED TRANSFERS IN LEBANON

MCC is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Training Consultant for our partners in Syria. The focus is on developing robust policies prioritizing safety and well-being, with a particular emphasis on addressing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEAH), Child safeguarding and Data protection policies.

The project aims to provide Food Assistance and Nutritional Awareness to Improve Food Security for Syrian and Palestinian Refugees from Syria, Palestinian Refugees from Lebanon and Vulnerable Lebanese in Beirut and South through the provision of food vouchers.

Implementation duration: Three months from June 2022 to August 2022 (extendable for another three months based on performance)

Implementation locations (Quotations could be provided or either or both governorates)
● Palestinian Gatherings Beirut: Daouk, Said Ghawash and Sabra.
● Palestinian Gatherings South Lebanon: Maashouk, Jal al Bahar, Qasmiyeh, Kfarbada, Wasta, Jeem and Aitanieh.

Bids Submission Deadline: Offer to be received by 20 May 2022

Quotation validity: 90 days

Canadian Foodgrains Bank, a donor of Mennonite Central Committee, is launching a call for a Gender Consultant to provide support to partners in updating and strengthening their gender analysis, identify areas to strengthen the gender sensitivity of their programming, and look for opportunities to integrate gender transformative elements into current projects.

This call for proposals is being launched within the framework of a European Commission funded project financed under the European Instrument For Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) which started in December 2018 and implemented by Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) and Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA). The purpose of this call is to implement peacebuilding activities by 18-21 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in their local communities that are poised to combat religious intolerance and discrimination among target communities.
