The Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) Officer will provide support to the relief, development, and peacebuilding projects in Lebanon.

Primary responsibilities for this include field visits, support with proposals and reports, evaluation work and communications. Other responsibilities for this position could include training, advocacy work, translation work, supporting program visits, logistics and administrative tasks for various capacity building trainings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and a willingness to support MCC’s mission in other tasks.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide support to MCC’s food security projects in Lebanon and Syria. Based in Beirut, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is primarily tasked with supporting Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER). Responsibilities for this include assisting with proposals and reports, design of surveys/questionnaires, data analysis, field visits, supporting programmatic spot checks, evaluation work, and communications.

The Finance and Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day finance and office operations of the MCC Lebanon program. He/she works as part of the MCC Lebanon team and provides administrative support to the MCC office in Beirut.

The Grants Officer will provide support to externally funded projects in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq that MCC is undertaking as a result of ongoing needs in the region. Based in Beirut, the Grants Officer is tasked with supporting the management of projects funded by the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB), the EU, and the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (UN-OCHA). Other duties include pursuing and supporting external grant proposals; supporting other MCC projects where needed; partner capacity building; field visits; and and coordination with MCC’s technical sector staff and external stakeholders.

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the humanitarian assistance projects in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq that MCC is undertaking as a result of ongoing needs in the region.

The External Grants Coordinator will provide support to the humanitarian assistance and other externally funded projects in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq that MCC is undertaking as a result of the ongoing needs in the region.

The Accountant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day finance and office operations of the MCC Lebanon, Syria and Iraq (LSI) program. He/she works as part of the MCC LSI team and provides administrative support to the MCC office in Beirut.

MCC and it's partner Development for People and Nature Association are seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an end-of-term evaluation on the impacts of their European Union funded project "Promoting religious tolerance and mutual understanding between and within faiths in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq". The role of the consultant will be to provide an external, unbiased perspective on project programming and to bring technical knowledge, facilitation skills and expertise in peacebuilding programming design, implementation and evaluation.
