The Safety and Security Specialist supports security and safely procedures and trainings across MCC International Program.

The MCC Project Coordinator will be the lead point-person for the final year of a three-year project funded by the European Union. The project aims to combat religious intolerance and discrimination in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq through support to local CSOs with sub-grant projects, peacebuilding and project management capacity-building, and promoting inclusive and strategic partnerships with religious leaders and civil society leaders. The successful applicant will coordinate project implementation and support to 17 sub-grant projects across the four countries.

The Peacebuilding Advisor is responsible for capacity building and training for the final year of a three-year project funded by the European Union. The project aims to combat religious intolerance and discrimination in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq through support to local CSOs with sub-grant projects, peacebuilding and project management capacity-building, and promoting inclusive and strategic partnerships with religious leaders and civil society leaders. The successful applicant will deliver all peacebuilding training and support to 17 sub-grant projects across the four countries.

The Gender Technical Officer will strengthen the integration of gender equality and women’s empowerment issues in relief, development, and peacebuilding projects in MCC’s programming in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq. Based in Beirut, the worker is primarily tasked with supporting MCC and its partners to ensure that gender sensitivity and empowerment, including PSEA, is appropriately integrated into project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. This includes conducting assessments, trainings, field visits and development of tools for use by staff and partners.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide support to the relief, development and peacebuilding projects in Lebanon. Based in Beirut, they are primarily tasked with providing M&E support to partners including field visits, support with proposals and reports, evaluation work, and communications. Other responsibilities for this position could include training, advocacy work, translation, supporting program visits, logistics and administrative tasks for various capacity building trainings, coordinating with external stakeholders, and a willingness to support MCC’s mission in other tasks.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide support to the relief, development and peacebuilding projects in Lebanon. Based in Beirut, they are primarily tasked with providing M&E support to partners including field visits, support with proposals and reports, evaluation work, and communications. Other responsibilities include advocacy work, translation work, supporting program visits, logistics and administrative tasks for various capacity building trainings, coordinating with external coordinating with external stakeholders, and a willingness to support MCC’s mission in other tasks.

The Finance and Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day finance and office operations of the MCC Lebanon program. She/he works as part of the MCC Lebanon team and provides administrative support to the MCC office in Beirut.

The MCC Project Coordinator will be the lead point-person for a three-year European Commission project. The successful applicant will coordinate all activities for the European Commission project. The project aims to combat religious intolerance and discrimination in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq through enhancing mutual understanding and respect between different faiths or sects. The project will accomplish this aim through supporting local CSOs with sub-grant projects, capacity-building, and promoting inclusive and strategic partnerships with religious leaders and civil society leaders.
