The Physiotherapist will deliver specialized rehabilitation services to vulnerable individuals in North Lebanon. This role involves assessing patients’ physical conditions, planning and implementing tailored physical therapy interventions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve patients’ mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life.

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for delivering specialized respiratory care to vulnerable individuals in North Lebanon. This role involves assessing patients’ respiratory status, planning and implementing individualized respiratory therapy interventions, and educating patients and caregivers on respiratory care and self-management strategies. The Respiratory Therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

The Occupational Therapist will provide specialized rehabilitation services aimed at improving the functional independence and quality of life of vulnerable individuals in North Lebanon. This role involves assessing patients’ abilities in performing daily living tasks, designing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions that enhance cognitive, motor, and adaptive skills.

The Speech Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders. Working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, the therapist will support children, adults, and elderly individuals to improve their communication abilities, social integration, and overall quality of life.

The driver will help the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) project by providing safe transportation for staff, beneficiaries, and materials. The role includes taking care of the vehicle and supporting project activities in Akkar and Tripoli.

The Medical Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of health-related activities under the project. The position focuses on overseeing and coordinating secondary healthcare services, conducting health information sessions, and providing technical guidance to staff, beneficiaries, and caregivers. By ensuring alignment between medical interventions and project objectives, the Medical Coordinator contributes directly to improved health outcomes for vulnerable beneficiaries.

The ABA Therapist will deliver tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to beneficiaries, focusing on individuals with autism and other mental or behavioral disorders. The therapist will design and implement intervention plans to address behavioral challenges, enhance communication, and develop adaptive skills. Sessions will emphasize behavior modification techniques, enabling beneficiaries to achieve greater independence and social integration.

CEC Oversees and manages the activities of community mobilizers for both the ongoing and proposed projects. Coordinates outreach activities, ensuring they are effective and aligned with project objectives. Facilitates appropriate referrals and linkages for beneficiaries to services, including healthcare, rehabilitation, and protection. Monitors and follows up with cases requiring hospitalizations or other critical interventions. Provides operational and logistical support to the project implementation team, ensuring efficient service delivery and responsiveness to community needs.

The social worker will deliver psycho social support (PSS) sessions for Persons with disability, elderly and their caregivers, addressing mental, emotional, and social challenges. They will also maintain regular contact with rehabilitation centers, supporting therapists in creating holistic care plans. Social workers will conduct outreach, complete beneficiary applications, and perform PS assessments to evaluate needs. Additionally, they will facilitate awareness sessions, build the capacity of community mobilizers, and generate progress reports to inform program adjustments

The Community Mobilizers are integral to implementing Health and Protection awareness They will engage the most vulnerable populations, mobilize participation, raise awareness about disability & inclusion, and support community-level interventions. Mobilizers will provide vital information, resources, and linkages to ensure effective outreach and inclusion.
