The Nurse Supervisor and Quality Assurance Specialist is a pivotal role within our healthcare organization, responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and implementing quality assurance programs. This individual will lead a team of nurses, coordinate daily operations, and monitor compliance with established protocols and regulations to maintain exceptional patient outcomes and safety. The role also involves active participation in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

To ensure the community mobilizers meaningful participation throughout the project, ADJI will provide them with Per Diem and allowances as well as transport. ADJI will ensure close monitoring and support. Community mobilizers are vital part to implement community based approach and to outreach the most vulnerable population.

We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist to join our growing team of medical professionals. You will be working with patients who are recovering from injuries and disabilities and help them regain their abilities so that they can resume work. The CBR social workers will be responsible to manage the social aspect of CBR project, provide capacity building of community mobilizers, facilitate awareness sessions for community members, provide PSS and MHPSS for the targeted communities, and perform all the technical assessment related to psychosocial condition, and produce social reports.

The Dietician will direct the operation of all the kitchens and dining rooms in the hospital to provide nutritious, well-prepared food for patients and staff.
The Dietician will also develop diets as appropriate for patients according to their medical needs.
