Main Responsibilities of the Position

  • Designs and develops a comprehensive training curriculum for 32 working days, with sessions held 4 days per week, 4 hours per day.
  • Prepares materials and resources for chocolate designing and setups.
  • Conducts training sessions and practical demonstrations to impart theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. Topics include:
  1. Color schemes, theory, and psychology
  2. Different themes and cohesive theme execution
  3. Tone and atmosphere for events
  4. Creating practical event layouts using simple digital tools
  5. Basic graphic design for printing (standard sizes and colors)
  6. Different types of decor elements (ribbon, papers, glue)
  7. Working with various types of events
  8. Chocolate designing methods (molding, decorating, packaging)
  9. Arrangements and setups
  10. Different types of chocolate and sweets
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to participants, facilitating their learning and fostering a positive and engaging training environment.
  • Assesses and evaluates participants' progress using appropriate methods such as pre- and post-tests, sharing grades with the project director and M&E officer.
  • Adapts training methodologies and instructional strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of participants.
  • Ensures the safety and proper use of training equipment, tools, and facilities during practical sessions.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the training program, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Adheres to professional and ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and respecting the rights and dignity of participants.

  • Prior experience in teaching or training.
