Tasks and duties

  1. Develop and deliver training programs on mobile and computer maintenance, covering topics such as hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system optimization.
  2. Provide hands-on training to participants, demonstrating proper techniques for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in mobile devices and computers.
  3. Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention.
  4. Assess participants' progress through evaluations and practical assessments, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
  5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile and computer technology to ensure training materials and techniques remain current.
  6. Assist participants in developing problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities related to mobile and computer maintenance.
  7. Collaborate with other trainers and experts to enhance training programs and share best practices.
  8. Provide support and guidance to participants in their learning journey, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter.
  9. Maintain training equipment and resources, ensuring they are in proper working condition for training sessions.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  11. Keep accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
  12. Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
  1. Stay updated with industry certifications and qualifications relevant to mobile and computer maintenance, and guide participants in pursuing professional development opportunities.



  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in mobile and computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in diverse operating systems, mobile platforms, and computer architectures is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and interactive training programs, workshops, or courses in mobile and computer maintenance. The ability to effectively convey technical concepts and facilitate practical learning is crucial.
  • Holding industry certifications such as A+, Network+, or specific manufacturer certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Mac Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional) enhances credibility as a trainer. Specializations in areas like data recovery, software development, or cybersecurity are valuable assets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to effectively engage learners with varying backgrounds and skill levels. Strong communication skills help simplify complex concepts and promote effective knowledge transfer.
  • Practical experience in mobile and computer maintenance, either through professional work or personal projects, enriches the training process. Demonstrating real-world scenarios and problem-solving techniques enhances the learners' understanding and skills.
  • Ability to adapt training materials and methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Flexibility in addressing individual learning styles and adjusting content to accommodate evolving industry requirements.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot issues in mobile devices and computers. The capacity to guide learners in applying logical thinking and finding innovative solutions is valuable.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office software and internet navigation, enabling efficient documentation, communication, and research.
  • Strong organizational skills for conducting individual meetings, case studies, and facilitating focus meetings (focus groups) to enhance the learning experience.
  • Experience in charitable work and organizations, showcasing a commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
  • Possessing a team spirit, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and learners.
