Tasks and duties

  1. Manage the registration process for beneficiaries participating in 3D printing activities.
  2. Develop training materials for 3D printing classes and related activities, under the supervision and coordination of the center's administration and program management.
  3. Monitor attendance schedules and ensure completion of all required work papers for the classes.
  4. Facilitate and manage 3D printing classes in coordination with the center's administration and program management.
  5. Collaborate with other facilitators and trainers to ensure the success of all activities.
  6. Support the center's management in overseeing all activities related to 3D printing and auxiliary tasks.
  7. Coordinate with different departments within the center, providing necessary support and reliable field information.
  8. Ensure data and report quality, sharing them with the head office.
  9. Prepare monitoring reports with appropriate explanations using charts, and ensure they are shared with relevant parties.
  10. Submit periodic reports, actively participate in field needs assessments, and contribute project ideas.
  11. Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the center's management and program management, relevant to your experience and job position.  

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in working with design software such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and training applications.
  • Familiarity with principles of protection and experience in working with adolescents and youth.
  • Previous experience in training work and training centers, demonstrating expertise in delivering effective and engaging training sessions.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software and adept at navigating the internet for research and resource gathering.
  • Skilled in organizing individual meetings, conducting case studies, and facilitating focus group discussions.
  • Experience in charitable work and involvement in organizations promoting social impact.
  • Strong team spirit, collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Awareness of and commitment to humanitarian standards, ensuring ethical and responsible practices in training delivery.
