Gender Expert | Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations Project
Context & Background
LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.
Scope of work
LLWB is looking for a gender expert to assess all activities under this project from a gender perspective. This involves reviewing the gender audit reports, the assessment reports, the delivered trainings, the mentorship program, the circles of dialogues and all the activities that are being implemented under this project. The expert will analyze the information and data to produce a final report assessing all findings and recommending from a gender perspective to enhance the women on board of these entities.
Deliverables
The selected expert will be committed to providing the following within a 25 day period:
- Submission of a final report highlighting the results of the project activities, analysis of findings, and recommendations to better implement this type of project from a gender lens perspective.
- Any additional analysis related to gender assessment.
Qualifications
Expertise in Gender Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, particularly within decision-making contexts. This includes a strong understanding of the challenges faced by women in leadership roles and strategies to address them effectively.
