About Rahma Medical Center 

RMC is a non-profit organization founded in 1997. It is recognized as one of the best rehabilitation centers in Lebanon. It has earned a good reputation in the field of rehabilitation due to the best services it offers and its patient care system.
Most people choose Rahma Medical Center because of the experienced staff that provides physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, social and psychological services for patients of all ages(from children to adults). Rahma Medical Center offers treatment for a range of conditions , from the most complex conditions including cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, stroke and traumatic brain injury, to the more common, such as chronic pain and sports injuries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Office Assistants must be incredibly well organized & have a keen attention to detail.

Ability to answer phones, qualify and transfer to appropriate staff member.

Sending memos and emails.

Able to work in a fast paced high stress environment.

Proof reading ensuring all emails and text have correct spelling and proper grammar.

Willingness to help other team members as needed.

Add new leads to Customer Relationship Management ZOHO 

Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in

Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software, SharePoint, and TEAMS

Overseeing clerical tasks, such as maintaining various email folders.

Helping to keep all cases flowing through the process so all deadlines are met.

Manage Calendars

Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents.

Processing cases and sending them to appropriate expert

Skills:

Time management is a must.

Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills

Great Customer Service and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including active listening.
