Media Production

LADE is seeking a consultant to produce media materials (short motion graphic videos and visuals) highlighting the role of municipalities and the importance of local elections. 

the length of videos is around 2 minutes with a total of 3 videos to be produced between September and end of October 2022. 

The visuals (2 in total) shall illustrate the role of municipalities as well and the importance of elections. 

It is important to note that one video shall be recorded and filmed in a studio to highlight the importance of municipalities, the other 2 videos are to be produced ina  form of either motion graphic or animated. 

LADE shall provide the necessary support to the production company/freelancer in order to execute the assignment during the duration of the contract. These shall include:  

Content required for the production for all the material (this includes drafts of scripts for the videos);

Access to project-related documents and statements necessary for execution of the assignment;  

Necessary background information and details as well as expert advice on the topic

Required Qualifications

The company/freelancer will be required to meet the following requirements:

At least five years of experience in the media, advertising and comms fields;

Experience in working with local NGOs or other international organizations on such topics;

Knowledge and background info on the political and electoral context;

Excellent technical capacities to ensure high-quality production.
