WS485713685 - Public Space Works Consultant

JMAA+ is currently looking to hire a consultant to support in the design/rehabilitation of this space through identifying the feasibility of the suggested intervention, proposing particular installations in each area, providing alternatives where needed, developing tender documents and supporting in supplier selection (where needed).

Deliverables:

● Brief Assessment reports describing the situation and the potential solutions/ interventions. This must include all elements described above such as description of works and/or equipment and estimation of costs.

● Required tender submittals including specifications (including but not limited to concrete works, electrical works, irrigation needs, equipment/material), BoQs etc.

● Oversight may include summary reports (where applicable)
