Active tasks
These are the required tasks that the intern will actively be fulfilling on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in books preparation and update.
- Assist in the bank/cash reconciliations process.
- Assist in the forecasting and updating of the administrative costs
- Assist in the preparation of the financial documents in a timely manner.
- Scanning and archiving of the physical and digital financial and administrative documents.
- Translation of the Arabic invoices to English.
- Assist in the collection of the timesheets and preparation on the payroll
- Organizing project documentation
- Update of the suppliers database

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be currently pursuing or graduated (BA) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, business administration or any related field.
- No experience required; experience in administrative work, office-based employment, and/or communications are preferential criteria
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages
- Functional knowledge of MS Office (excel, word...)
- Capable of organizing documents/archives neatly AND functionally
- Be proactive, creative and with excellent communication skills
- Initiative-taker with solid interpersonal and marketing skills
- Be honest, trustworthy and respectful
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity to needs of vulnerable populations
