Training on Efficient Complaint Mechanism and Follow-up Systems in NGOs

Training topic: Project and Programme management in NGOs

 

After an internal Training Needs Assessment exercise was conducted with the forum members, an important topic of interest has been identified: Efficient complaint mechanism and follow-up system in NGOs

 

In terms of training specifics:

We are looking at short training sessions more likely to be spread over 2 to 4 half days of 3 to 4 hours each. 

The training will be delivered online. The preferred language of delivery is Arabic. 

Trainers are asked to administer pre/post tests for participants.

We would like to note the importance of providing practical deliverables and action points that LHDF members could include in their organizations' procedures and strategies in the longer-term.

Trainers are asked to submit a training report within 1 week from the delivery of the training.

1. A short concept note/proposal highlighting key learning outcomes to be covered in the training and specifying availability during the month of April.

2. A quotation for the training consultancy

3. A CV of the trainer
