Secours Islamique France is seeking experienced trainers to enhance the skills of its management and reporting teams. The training should be customized to meet the team's specific needs and expectations, aiming to improve their working knowledge for greater community impact.

  1. Qualifications of the Trainer

Person qualifications

  • Acquisition of teaching diploma.
  • Relevant experience of 3 years with national and international NGO.
  • Awareness of Human Rights and Refugee International Laws.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and resilience skills are very important.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language (speaking and writing).
  • Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues, proven problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Rigorous, and polite.
  • Respect of SIF values and mandate.

  • Identify and Report Weaknesses : Proactively recognize areas of improvement and communicate them to HR.
  • Provide Post-Training Tips : Offer actionable advice and strategies to help staff excel in their roles after training.
  • Deliver Individual Feedback : Give personalized feedback to staff members to develop tailored work plans for their professional growth.
  • Address Needs Professionally : Respond to staff needs and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Report Harmful Incidents : Immediately report any incidents or actions that cause harm to others.
  • Respect Treatment Refusals : Always honor and respect a person's decision to refuse treatment.
  • Maintain Confidentiality : Ensure confidentiality is preserved in all situations.
  • Respect Participation Choices : Honor and respect any decision to opt out of participation.
  • Promote and Adhere to SIF Policies : Uphold and encourage adherence to SIF's policies, and report any violations to HR.
