  • Coordinate the implementation of LAH related projects
  • Manage the Resource Management System including, but not limited to, content uploading, updates, maintenance... etc.
  • Manage LAH related websites.
  • Organize workshops relating to the projects under her / his responsibility.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for the projects under her / his responsibility. 
  • Coordinate the management of the projects’ resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on progress of projects.
  • Organize and report on meetings.
  • Organize logistics and purchase of materials needed for the projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including teachers, partners, suppliers, funders …  etc.
  • Ensuring quality work from all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate projects’ evaluations.
  • Oversee the publication of resources on the websites.
  • Manage projects’ budget.
  • Support in financial record keeping and budget preparations.
  • Provide any additional support as needed by the team.

 

The Project Officer is expected to work closely with the LAH’s team and the projects’ manager.  

 

 

 

Experience / proficiency

Essential

  • At least with 3 years’ experience in project coordination
  • Proficient in ICT, websites and software’s related to resources management systems.  
  • Experienced in Managing project budgets and financial record keeping.
  • Team player  

 

Preferable

  • Experience of working with local NGOs and INGOs
  • Experience in working in educational settings
  • Knowledge in the field of history education or teaching and learning in general
  • Experience in organizing workshops, conferences and community events.
