Under the supervision of the HIS Team Leader and the technical support of the IMA, the Information Management Officer will be responsible for management of all MEAL data, production of supportive analysis by way of charts and graphs for reporting, tools design, data centralization, managing ODK systems and leading the overall development of the information management systems in line with the IMA strategy and MEAL vision.

The child clinical psychologist will ensure the provision of individual and group therapy sessions for children and referring to adequate services after seeking the consent of survivors.
The Psychologist will also ensure continuous guidance to SGBV and CP caseworkers.

The Deputy Field Coordinator ensures at base level the effective implementation of PU-AMI’s program in Akkar and Tripoli, targeting the most vulnerable affected populations. S/he is also responsible for representation on technical topics by humanitarian stakeholders at local level and in charge of proper reporting to the donors supporting the Program implementation and activities.

The IT Officer supports the Logistics Coordinator in ensuring the proper functioning, efficiency and security of IT equipment and tools at mission level. S/he provides support and guidance to the teams with regards to IT management, supports in the drafting and implementation of IT procedures, and monitors their application.

The Shelter Field Officer, as part of the Shelter Team, works in Shelter activities, including, but not limited to, construction and rehabilitation of shelters, upgrading of sanitation facilities, and distribution of relief items at field level, in the framework of PU-AMI’s Program in Lebanon. S/he contributes to and is part of conducting surveys and collecting needed information from the field following the Project Manager and/or Team Leader’s guidelines. The Shelter Field Officer spends most of his/her time in the field and is in daily and direct contact with beneficiaries.

The Humanitarian Affairs Officer supports the Humanitarian Affairs Manager and the Field Coordinator to facilitate implementation of activities and ensure coordinated humanitarian access, by :
- Support the Humanitarian Affairs Manager to monitor the context, identify the potential constraints that may hinder proper access to the assisted populations within the area of intervention;
- Report all changes potentially affecting the access to populations in needs of humanitarian assistance;
- Report incidents affecting PU-AMI operations and staff in the area of intervention.
