The Project Manager will oversee the prospective Community-Based Solid Waste Management Project in Bekaa, the incumbent will coordinate and complete the project on time within the set budget and scope. He/She will lead the project team, assign duties and report results to upper management. A key role for this position is coordination with municipalities and the implementation of tailored solid waste management solutions in line with the needs of its local community (refugee and host). The contract will be for 1 year, might be renewed based on performance and availability of funds.

The Outreach Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategy with the participants, which includes preparing a wide range of written materials, presentations, and possibly videos for local and international audiences. He/she will also be in charge of maintaining a system of identifying, tracking, recording, and adding input to the financial contributions to the program when necessary. In consultation with senior staff, he/she will develop a strategy to meet the program’s targets.

Under the supervision of the M&E Officer, and in collaboration with project staff, the M&E Assistant contributes to the implementation of M&E activities in the field by collecting data and information about project achievement and beneficiaries. M&E activities may include monitoring visits at project sites, post-activity monitoring, and evaluation survey analysis. The M&E assistant will be requested to produce daily reports on field activities, including small scale analysis of the situations such as providing feedback and observations as well as recommendations to improve program quality.

The ECE educator assistant will be working with ECE educators on the provision of education to refugee children out of school or at risk of dropping out from the formal education system. NRC is addressing the specific needs of those children who are unable - or not ready - to access formal education by providing them with quality education and skills as well as by adequately preparing them to enrol and retain at their correct level in relevant formal schools.
