PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of the position is to serve as the primary link between the WV program and local stakeholders and communities. The job holder facilitates the community-led initiatives to improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families. A development facilitator acts as a partnering facilitator and helps partners build on their existing strengths and assets and facilitate links to technical support from WV and other sources.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of the position is to coordinate the implementation of the “Education Coordinator” program in putting together project goals that meets World Vision standards and policies in addressing refugee needs in a sustainable manner that leaves considerable positive impact on the targeted beneficiaries.

The Psychologist has the knowledge and practical skills to carry out group intervention designed for children at risk, using the organization methodology and specific approach that is in line with child protection minimum standard policy.

The International Rescue Committee is an international organization specializing in emergency and humanitarian programming. In response to the influx of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, the IRC started a Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program in late 2012 in North Lebanon and the Beka’a Valley. The WPE Sr. Program Officer is a key position in the WPE Program, and supports the Program Manager by identifying key advocacy issues, refining and revising program design, and monitoring program implementation and quality.

Performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country's traffic rules and MSF security rules, in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service.

The Wash CSP Coordinator is responsible for coordination and implementation of WASH-related Community Support Projects (CSP) within the Bekaa area and  managing the day to day activities of WASH related field staff to ensure proper delivery, high quality results and compliance to applicable laws, standards, practices, policies and procedures in coordination with the WASH Project Manager.

Position summary
The René Moawad Foundation is seeking an outreach worker and facilitator for the implementation of its Dutch funded project “Strengthening Exports of Fruits and Vegetables from Lebanon to European and Regional Markets”. The outreach worker will be the primary contact between target beneficiaries and communities and the RMF Project Coordinator. The outreach worker will be based in Beqaa

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of the position is to implement the WASH Hygiene and Sanitation interventions within World Vision’s Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) program in the Bekaa, to improve the hygiene aspects of the target population.

As a member of the Education in Emergencies team, the Education Officer will oversee the implementation of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) classes under the supervision of the Capacity Building and Education Coordinator. The Education Officer will work towards ensuring the programme is of a high technical quality, monitoring processes are in place, that timely reporting occurs, and that the programme is continually assessed and solutions quickly put in place for a change of context.
