The post holder will ensure the systematic application of safety and security risk management practices across all of Tearfund’s operational areas and regional office in the region of Eurasia North Africa (ENA) (currently Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Jordan). They will achieve this through the assessment and analysis of threats, the maintenance and updating of safety and security plans and procedures, and the provision of advice to manage risk. The post holder will deliver training and briefings, coaching staff and partners, respond to and manage critical incidents.

A secretary position is available to assist the LUPD president.
