The Research and Policy Advisor will work with the Oxfam’s policy and programme teams to lead and inform research, analysis of trends and contribute to developing Oxfam’s policy positions on both humanitarian and developmental issues; as well as directly supporting the programme and policy teams in maintaining an updated and valuable analysis of the operational environment in the country.
