Required Skills:
- Knowledge of professional practices and developments, educational technologies, and research
- Knowledge of adult learning strategies and materials
- Knowledge of managing activities/plugins configurations and tracking open-source LMS resources (Moodle and Canvas architecture)
- Extensive knowledge of designing, creating, facilitating learning experiences, and managing digital environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and interact with a wide range of stakeholders to support the implementation of learning technologies.
- Strong Knowledge using google applications and accounts.
Major Responsibilities:
- Works with administrators and an internal advisor to determine current and future digital learning requirements.
- Maintains current knowledge of developments and research in educational technology, instructional best practices, and organizational development.
- Works with others to create and deliver engaging inquiry-based digital learning experiences on Google platforms.
- Establishes learning objectives and protocols for digital learning virtual and face-to-face sessions, and develops training plans and timelines.
- Creates, uploads, and maintains high-level interactive virtual content based on on-demand needs, with traceable end-user actions.
- Schedules digital training sessions, creates registration procedures, manages the learning management system, and coordinates other practical aspects of face-to-face and virtual digital learning opportunities.
- Creates and facilitates digital staff development sessions for employees and beneficiaries at various levels that cover specific topics.
- Writes training reports about conducted workshops.
