World vision is searching for a consultant to provide an End of Project Evaluation for SHO Evaluation-Beirut Explosion Emergency Response as below:

Evaluation Type :

End of Project Evaluation

Evaluation Purpose :

•             To assess the relevance of the interventions based on beneficiaries’ needs

•             To assess the effectiveness of the project and whether it reached its intended objectives

•             To assess the efficiency in the use of the project resources

•             To assess the impact of the project’s interventions on the beneficiaries and their communities

•             To assess the sustainability of the project beyond its end date

•             To provide WVL staff and communities with recommendations to inform similar future programs

Primary Methodologies :

Quantitative data collection including phone surveys

Qualitative data collection including phone-based KIIs

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by February 19, 2021, and the deadline of offers submission via online system is March 05, 2021 8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system, no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.
