Call for Expression of Interest - Renovation of We Love community center in Tripoli

We Love is working on renovating an old abandoned house in Tripoli Lebanon. The house is located in Abu Samra in Tala’at Rifahiyee neighborhood. We Love aims at implementing a basic renovation of one room (without furniture) to serve as a library for children, as well as installing windows and doors to ensure the safety and security of the center.

Scope 1: Removing trash and debris from the property mentioned above. The property includes: the inside of the house, house backyard, and around the house (neighborhood).

Scope 2: Room R1 renovation

• Walls: maintenance of cracks, plastering and painting
• Doors and windows: 2 interior doors, 3 windows (triple arches)
• Floor: tiles inspecting and repairing if needed
• Electricity: checking electrical wiring and repairing if needed
